These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WatchMovie.AI (the "Service") operated by Minus Seven Labs ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

WatchMovie.AI is an AI-powered movie recommendation platform that provides personalized film suggestions based on user preferences. The Service is provided free of charge and includes:

• AI-generated movie recommendations based on genre and favorite movie inputs
• Detailed explanations for each recommendation
• Access to movie information from The Movie Database (TMDB)
• Genre-specific landing pages and movie discovery tools

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement the following usage limits:

• Maximum of 20 recommendation requests per day per user/IP address
• Rate limiting may be applied to prevent abuse of the Service
• We reserve the right to modify these limits as necessary to maintain service quality

Users who exceed these limits may have their access temporarily restricted. Systematic abuse may result in permanent blocking.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Minus Seven Labs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Movie data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and is subject to their terms of use. WatchMovie.AI is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service:

• Usage analytics (page views, interactions) for service improvement
• IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Movie preferences submitted for recommendation generation (not stored permanently)

We do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or account details. No registration is required to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MINUS SEVEN LABS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• Movie recommendations will be accurate or suitable for all users
• The Service will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components
• External movie data from TMDB will always be current or accurate

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINUS SEVEN LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minus Seven Labs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
